8. Fees and Payments

By opting in to receive SMS messages from VoxCore AI, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointments, including but not limited to:

Appointment confirmations

Appointment reminders

Rescheduling or cancellation notices

Follow-up messages related to your appointment

Messages are sent only in connection with services you request or schedule.

SMS Opt-In Consent

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1-856-446-8188. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 10 message a month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxCore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxCore AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
